Stanford has announced an open beta of the nVidia GPU2 Windows client. You may find some information as well as the download of the beta client as well as the proper drivers at this link
Additional information and help from our forum goers can be found here.
Once you get the client setup and running, check out this thread to see how your setup compares to others.
Now that you have what you need to get started, get your nVidia GPU fold on.
In other news, King has fixed a slight visual bug with the new stats section and firefox 3, everything should be displaying correctly now. |

As of June 6th Stanford retired their GPU1 client, the data server will continue to collect completed units for the next few days and then will be "re-purposed". Stanford is currently working on their GPU2 client which will not only work on ATI but also Nvidia, they hope to have a beta status client available in a week.

A new completely re-written(from the ground up) site re-vamp is on the way, a lot of work is on the horizon, but overall it will be a worthwhile endevor. This new site re-vamp will not only change the look, feel and layout, but add some very nice features.
The new stats section is progressing nicely as well and will most likely be moving into beta phase sometime after the main site revamp.

The Folding@Home stats section is currently in the process of being re-written from scratch, not only that but these changes can be viewed in action here.
Note: Once registered you will be able to access your control panel, the control panel allows you to select how you want the site to look, colors, nav bar location, fixed width, status icons..etc
Please remember that the new stats section is in alpha phase and there are sure to be bugs floating around, also keep in mind that this is 8 years worth of code being re-written.

[H]ard Folding is back on-line.
The [H] server admin is working on a few problems that still exist and I am working my way through the site looking for other problems that may be lurking.
With any luck the remaining issues will be worked out soon. |

It is a sad day in DC history. As of April 27th UD has been shut down. We all really hate to see such a great project go but I ran its course in and we will all miss it. The last stats for the site were ran on April 27th. For more information on grid shutting down please check there homepage and the farewell thread on the forum
Due to the loss of one of the supported projects the team is trying to decide if/what project we want to support. We ask everyone to weigh in as it is very important for us as a team to figure out what we want to do.
Also we are looking for a Team Leader. If you feel you have what it takes or know someone that does Let us know Also feel free to ask questions and voice your concerns with those that want to be team leader.

Well, sad news today. It appears that the as of Friday, April 27th, the United Devices folding project will be shutting down for good. You can read about it in the thread about it in the [H]ard Forums.
I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank all of the UD folders for their contributions over the years. You should be proud of yourselves.
